Bergen's Promise

About

Bergen's Promise is the designated Care Management Organization of Bergen County as part of the NJ Children's System of Care.  We are a private, non-profit organization that provides in-home Wraparound care coordination at no cost to families.  We support youth up to age 21 who are living with behavioral, and emotional issues, misusing substances, and/or are living with developmental disabilities.   We use a family systems strength-based approach to build a Child and Family Team of support around each family. We also maintain BergenResourceNet.org, an online, mobile-friendly, translatable resource directory for Bergen County.
