Description

Fink's Rib class is a two-hour tasting-based class. You will learn to cook ribs on your grill, in your smoker, oven, and more. You will get to try ribs from around the world and around the pig and steer!  Slow-cooked Spareribs, Plate and Chuck Short Ribs, Baby Back Ribs, and Country Ribs will be covered and cooked for you to try.

Your teacher will be Fink, THE local pitmaster since 2000!  Fink is a classically trained chef who decided to 'Slum it' in the yard with the smoker and never looked back. He has spent years cooking and learning a wide variety of cuisines with a focus on MEAT.  Enjoy his upbeat personality while learning what he has tucked away in that head of his.

The class will include a taste of six styles of ribs, soft drinks, snacks, slaw, and bread. A cash bar will also be offered. You will be provided with written recipes for the dishes served, and door prizes will also be given out!
